Herb Vinegar Salad Dressing

   Here is another way to use your custom crafted herb vinegars.   Instead of your regular vinegar try adding your new herb vinegar for your salad dressing.   Herb vinegars are another healthy option as the herb flavor enhances the flavor of the salad and therefore you use none or less salt.

Ingredients:

1 cup EVOO
1/2 to 1 cup Herb Vinegar
5T fresh herbs ( 2 T dried )

   Combine all ingredients in a glass cruet and shake before using.
