OBX Shrimp Entree

      Fresh Shrimp  - 1.5 to 2.0 pounds

      Green Peppers - 1/2 to 3/4 cup

      Vidalia or sweet Onions - 3/4 cup

      Fresh Garlic Cloves - 2-3 crushed


1.    After removing the shell and deveining if you prefer,  put in a small amount of EVOO and saute your chopped green peppers, garlic and sweet onions until the onions are slightly translucent.  

  2.   Put in the shrimp and sauted with the other ingredients for about 3-5 minutes. 

   3.  Remove and serve.  We serve ours over tomato couscous which adds color to your presentation  and is in the Outer Banks  tradition.
