HerbFest 2009 Schedule of Events Held At Festival Park in Wake Forest, N.C. :

Duck Parade  Each Day at 10:30 a.m.  ( Kids love this and often so do the adults! (:)

Bring Lawn chair, blanket to enjoy  free performances and festivities during day ( No food or drink allowed )

HerbFest has food vendors and Beer Wagon furnished by Harris Wholesale featuring:

Lone Rider Brewery, local brewery across from Angus Barn Restaurant on Highway 70  - Microbrewery beers are -  "Shotgun Betty"  and " Dead Eye Jack"

Proceeds benefit the Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Endowment ( GJCAE)

Friday, April 17 -   Open from:   9 - 6 p.m.

8 am. - 10 a.m. Weekend Garden Show : Live Remote from WPTF Radio, 680 AM, - 8 - 10 a.m.

10 - 11a.m. - Jerome "Bones" Zimmer - Kids Learn How To Make Herbal Salads and Salad Dressings - Free Samples

 

 

11- 12 p.m.  - A Tangle of Tales by Grey Seal Puppets
                     (compliments Wake Forest Parks & Rec. Dept.)

1 - 2 p.m. - Franklin Academy Jazz Band

2- 3 p.m.  - Jerome "Bones" Zimmer - Kids Learn How To Make Herbal Salads and Salad Dressings - Free Samples
